SHIPPING POLICY

Every Milestone Route piece is printed and made to order once you place your order -- nothing is pre-made, so please allow a little extra time compared to shopping off-the-shelf.

PRODUCTION TIME
Please allow approximately 2-5 business days to produce your custom piece before it ships.

SHIPPING TIME
We currently ship within Canada. Once your order leaves production, delivery typically takes an additional 5-12 business days depending on your location.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
Digital download orders are delivered instantly (or by email) once your personalization details are received -- no shipping wait.

DELAYS
Production and shipping times may be longer during holidays or high-volume periods. We'll notify you by email if your order is delayed significantly.
